    • our future security goal is a dedicated security vehicle for Brandwag students and residents, with armed response officers fluent in English, Sotho and Afrikaans, to assist students and residents.

HOME OWNERS/ PROPERTY MANAGERS/ TENANTS:

  • BNA Information: Relevant information regarding brandwag will be shared with you including: Load shedding schedules, refuse removal schedule, contact information, etc
  • BNA Assist-Me: use this group to request assistance to report any municipal problem e.g. unplanned power interruption, municipal water leak sewerage leak, broken street lights, etc
  • BNA Safety & Security: our security partners (ITR-SA, Pro-force & Bloemsec) is on stand-by 24/7 to respond to safety & security requests such as attempted burglary, theft, etc
  • BNA Questions & Queries: any questions or information you require, please feel free to ask on this group

STUDENTS:

  • BNA Student Safety: Monitored 24/7 by our security partners, your residing students will be added onto a separate whatsapp group to report any suspicious behaviour or request security assistance (this service will expand in the future as our sign ups grow)
  • BNA Student Information: Relevant information specifically applicable to students will be shared here including: Load shedding schedules, refuse removal schedule, contact information, etc
